OP watches three videos of athletes doing a supine neck bridge, aka "Wrestler's Bridge", and somehow assumes that only elite level athletes are able to do this particular move. OP posts a gif inspired by Mike Tyson of him doing said move. OP is told that this move isn't particularly noteworthy, and gets very sad.
Here's a sample I did to address my weaknesses: Day 1: Squat 5/3/1, Squat 5x5 FSL, 100 Curls + Pullups (so something like 5x10 each), 100 Dips + Laterals, 100 Leg Curls + Calves + Leg Raises. Day 2: Bench 5/3/1, Bench 5x5 FSL, 100 Rows + Facepulls, 100 DBOHP + Triceps, 100 Glutes + Calves + Leg Raises.

That idiot on the plane that was harassing Mike wasn’t around to see the days when he was an absolute killer. Everyone was scared to death of him. Fighters, interviewers, ringside security, etc. The guy on the plane knew the Tyson from The Hangover. If he’d seen him fight in his prime he might have been a little more respectful.

Squat: bodyweight, dumbbell squats, Bulgarian split, whatever As a beginner, I'd do each pattern 3x week. As advanced, 2x will suffice. Very important points: With free weights, you progress by adding weight periodically. With bodyweight instead, you progress by adding reps. As long as you reach muscle failure, you'll see results.
